Joseph “Joe” Adamo

Joseph “Joe” Adamo is Vice President for State, Law Enforcement and Justice at SAIC. He leads strategy, growth and execution for complex federal programs. With more than 20 years supporting the Department of State and other civilian agencies, Joe has driven large-scale IT modernization, cloud migration, systems integration and enterprise collaboration. He has overseen multimillion-dollar global portfolios and delivered mission-critical solutions under tight deadlines and high stakes.

Joe is recognized for translating technical innovation into mission results and for building strong collaborations across government, industry and partner communities.

He also serves on the Board of Directors for FSA Federal, a specialized provider that supports U.S. federal law enforcement and national security agencies with legal, litigation, investigative and administrative services. FSA Federal is known for delivering quality people, quality service and quality results within the highest ethical framework, values that align directly with his leadership approach.

Adamo holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Canisius University and completed the General Management Program at Harvard Business School.
