Chip Seeger

Mr. Seeger is the Senior Vice President of Business Development and Capture at Inserso, responsible for leading and executing the company’s growth strategy through identification, pursuit, and capture of new business opportunities. His responsibilities include developing business development strategies, managing capture teams, and overseeing the full capture lifecycle.

He has 30 years of experience securing and managing U.S. Government contract awards and has led capture efforts resulting in over $1 billion in competitive wins across agencies including the Departments of the Army, Homeland Security, State, Agriculture, and Commerce. His areas of expertise include IT strategy, customer relationship management, proposal management, and business development.

A graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, Mr. Seeger served in the U.S. Army as an Executive Officer, Platoon Leader, Staff Officer, and Officer in Charge of the Fort Bliss Special Reaction Team, coordinating operations with the FBI and Border Patrol. He has held leadership roles at Accenture, IBM, and several Washington, D.C.-based consulting firms.
