Christy Holley is a seasoned growth, strategy, and capture executive with more than fifteen years of experience supporting federal agencies through mission-driven innovation, operational excellence, and high-impact business development leadership. As the Account Manager for the Department of State at Leidos, Christy leads strategic engagement, portfolio expansion, and customer-centered delivery across one of the federal government’s most globally critical missions. She focuses on aligning Leidos’ capabilities with the evolving needs of the Department of State, advancing solutions that enhance diplomatic readiness, global security, and international operations.

Christy has a strong record of shaping and winning complex, high-value opportunities across civilian, homeland security, and international markets. Before joining Leidos, she directed multi-billion-dollar pipelines, strengthened organizational market presence, and cultivated trusted relationships with government stakeholders. She oversaw pipelines across HUD, DOI, USDA, FEMA, USCIS, CWMD, and CISA, and secured high-value federal contracts valued in the hundreds of millions.
