Jeffrey “Skunk” Baxter
Jeffrey ‘Skunk’ Baxter advises military, government and industry leaders on a range of issues to include defense and technology, missile defense and counter terrorism among them. Notably, Baxter is a Senior Fellow and member of the Board of Regents of the Potomac Institute for Policy Studies, and a member of the Director’s Strategic Red Team at MIT/Lincoln Laboratories. He is a rock and roll legend and Grammy award winning guitarist, and is the former lead guitarist of the Doobie Brothers and a co-founder of Steely Dan.
