CJ Donnelly

CJ Donnelly is the U.S. Federal Market Lead for Slalom bringing nearly 20 years of federal technology consulting experience. He is an intellectually curious leader who partners with senior executives to translate data into operational advantage. CJ is recognized for empowering teams, cultivating technical talent, and creating inclusive cultures where analysts, technologists, and program managers collaborate to solve hard federal and national security problems. His work spans the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, Department of Justice, and Department of State, advising on analytic modernization, intelligence and mission-support efforts and helping clients align analytic investments with operational priorities.

Prior to his Slalom leadership, CJ served as a Partner at Guidehouse where he led Technology Advisory for defense and security customers. Earlier roles include Senior SAS Engineer at Onyx Government Services, Senior Principal Operations Research Analyst & Lead SAS Engineer at CACI where he supported counter-IED and other operations with advanced analytics, independent consulting for the Department of the Navy, and senior analytic work at IBM Global Business Services. Those roles shaped CJ’s ability to communicate technical tradeoffs to operational leaders, lead complex procurements and captures, and ground technical strategy in mission needs. He holds a B.A. in Economics and Mathematics from Colby College and completed additional coursework at the University of Melbourne.
