Élodie Trevillot has always been driven by a passion for pushing boundaries and embracing innovation. Her career journey began in 2008 with BNP Paribas in Australia, where she demonstrated her analytical prowess as an internal control analyst at BP2S (BNP Paribas Group). From there, she quickly rose to a role within the prestigious General Inspection department, where she led audit missions across a broad spectrum of the bank’s activities. This early experience laid the foundation for her dynamic approach to tackling complex challenges with precision and foresight.
Élodie’s next significant chapter unfolded at Crédit Suisse in France, where from 2013 to 2018, she took on the crucial role of compliance officer. Her leadership in managing the “US Program” for France, a project of critical strategic importance, showcased her ability to navigate intricate regulatory landscapes. Her role as the liaison with TRACFIN cemented her reputation as a trusted figure in regulatory and compliance affairs, reflecting her unwavering commitment to upholding integrity within the financial industry.
Her academic foundation is as impressive as her professional achievements. Élodie holds a Master’s degree in Banking and Finance from Paris Dauphine University, and her continuous thirst for knowledge is demonstrated by an array of prestigious certifications, including the AMF Certification, Certified Fraud Examiner (ACFE), and Certified Internal Auditor (IIA).
Élodie’s passion for innovation extends beyond her day-to-day responsibilities. She has become a thought leader in the emerging world of decentralized finance (DeFi) and Web3. Her role as a lecturer for the Decentralized Finance Certificate at Paris Dauphine University, coupled with her active participation in boards and working groups within the DeFi space, underscore her visionary approach to the future of finance.
In 2019, Élodie took on a pivotal role at Banque Delubac & Cie as Head, and later Director, of Regulations, Compliance, and Permanent Control. Her leadership was instrumental in guiding the bank through transformative regulatory changes. By 2022, she had ascended to the role of Deputy General Manager of Risks and Controls, where her avant-garde mindset truly shone. Spearheading Banque Delubac & Cie’s successful application to become the first French bank registered as a Digital Asset Service Provider (DASP) in March 2022, Élodie boldly positioned the institution at the forefront of digital finance innovation.
Her commitment to breaking new ground was further validated in 2024 when she was appointed Managing Partner of the Group. As a leader with a forward-thinking approach, Élodie Trevillot continues to drive her vision of bridging traditional banking with the digital frontier, reshaping the financial landscape for the future.
