Harold Dill

Harold Dill is a sales executive with a passion for building relationships and driving growth in the federal IT space. As Senior Vice President at TG Federal, he leads sales and growth for Civilian and DoD agencies, helping government clients navigate IT modernization, AI/ML, and emerging technology challenges. Harold thrives on connecting people with the right solutions and creating tangible, lasting impacts for our industry.

Before transitioning to GovCon sales, Harold served his community as a 5th-grade teacher and high school basketball coach for Loudoun County Public Schools. His experience in education and coaching shaped his leadership style, emphasizing teamwork, adaptability, and problem-solving—skills he continues to apply in his work today.

Harold lives in Leesburg, VA, with his wife and two children. A dedicated competitor both on and off the course, he is an avid golfer and former Virginia State champion.
