Founder and Principal of East Bay Partnership, LLC., a Services Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business – CVE that provides IT Support Services and LEO Consulting Services to local, state and federal agencies. East Bay was established in 2002.
Jon has over 20 years of successful Information Technology business experience starting or helping build new enterprises that bring innovations and efficiencies to government clients.
Jon is a retired Law Enforcement Officer and served as a Special Operations Division / SWAT Officer and Sniper Team Leader for Special Operations Unit of the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority Police Department. For years he worked and trained with Federal Task Force Units of State Department, Secret Service, Marshal Service, DEA, FBI Field Offices and FBI Hostage Rescue Team.
Jon served honorably for six- and one-half years with the United States Marine Corps developing, running mainframe IT systems and Communications, the last three and a half years as a Marine Security Guard in the American Embassies in Algiers, Algeria, Tunis, Tunisia and American Consulate in Munich, Germany.
He also holds his own Patents for Instructional Sports Products.
