Kyle Brumby

Kyle Brumby serves as Managing Director of the Executive Office for Management within the Operational Alignment Directorate. In this role, he leads strategic development, implementation, and organizational alignment initiatives.

Before joining the U.S. Department of State, Mr. Brumby was Chief Strategy and Growth Officer at Titania Solutions Group. Prior to that, he served as a Director in the Strategy & Management Consulting Group at Deep Water Point & Associates (formerly Wolf Den Associates). Across these positions, he specialized in organizational strategy, transformation, and implementation, supporting both public and private sector organizations.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Brumby provided strategic support to major programs for the U.S. Coast Guard, U.S. Air Force, and the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency. His work included contributions to the Coast Guard’s Fast Response Cutter Major Acquisition Program and oversight of American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) investments for the Air Force Office of the Civil Engineer.

Mr. Brumby holds a Master of Business Administration from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial & Systems Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
