Mark Haskins Ph.D.

Branch Chief, Special Investigations Unit, USDA

Dr. Mark Haskins serves as the Branch Chief for the Special Investigations Unit with the USDA where he manages investigations for the SNAP program.

Dr. Haskins is also the Project Manager for Contract investigations where he oversees a $50 Million contract for nationwide investigations.

He has degrees in Criminal Justice and a PhD in Conflict Analysis from Nova Southeastern University in Florida. Dr. Haskins resides in Miami Beach.
