Mike Kelly

Mike Kelly is a strategic, results-driven technology executive with more than 15 years of experience driving digital transformation across U.S. federal law enforcement and intelligence organizations, including the Department of Justice, FBI, and CIA. He currently leads federal engagements at Peregrine, partnering with government customers to deliver mission-focused, data-driven solutions that support threat detection, investigative operations, and national security priorities.

Prior to joining Peregrine, Mike held multiple senior leadership roles at Microsoft, most recently serving as Director Specialist for AI Business Solutions, where he led a multi-million-dollar portfolio across DOJ and Intelligence Community customers. He drove adoption of Microsoft Business Applications, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and AI capabilities, in key accounts through strategic solution alignment and executive stakeholder engagement. Earlier in his career, Mike served as a consultant at Deloitte, delivering analytics, training platforms, and strategic advisory services to federal clients, and held security and investigative roles with the Central Intelligence Agency and the U.S. Office of Personnel Management, supporting clearance adjudications, conflict-zone operations, and senior-level briefings.

Outside of his professional work, Mike is also a Broadcast Associate for Virginia Tech football and recently completed his 10th season with the Hokies, contributing to live game coverage and storytelling for Hokie Nation. He holds a Top Secret clearance with polygraph, is a cum laude graduate of Virginia Tech, and maintains multiple Microsoft certifications across Azure, Power Platform, and Modern Work.
