Paul Cino

As President and Chief Executive Officer of IT Federal Sales, Paul is responsible for all strategic activities within the company.

A 1983 Graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, he served as an Ordnance Officer commanding three separate companies in Germany and as an Operations Research System Analyst at US Army PERSCOM in Alexandria. 

With more than thirty years of sales and marketing experience in the information technology marketplace, Paul has demonstrated abilities to successfully “scale up” company revenues by blending comprehensive and proven sales methodologies with dynamic talent placement to form high-caliber companies. 

Before founding IT Federal Sales, Paul served as Vice President of Sales & Marketing for a Washington, D.C.-based defense contractor who specialized in Homeland Security and training software solutions. He has held other VP-level positions including Boston-based Corechange – a global provider of enterprise portal framework software and at Eloquent, Inc. – a California-based, rich media production services and software company.

Paul holds a Masters of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and a Bachelor of Science from USMA.
