Scott Stephenson (VP of Sales and Business Development): Scott Stephenson is a seasoned cybersecurity and intelligence leader with over 30 years of experience driving large-scale security, intelligence, and technology operations across the CIA, U.S. military, Accenture, and the private sector.As Vice President of Business Development at Blackwire Labs, he leads strategic growth, fosters key partnerships, and advances AI-powered cybersecurity solutions that help organizations detect, respond to, and mitigate cyber threats effectively. Previously, Scott was a Managing Director at Accenture Security, where he played a key role in cyber resilience for the Communications, Media, and High-Tech portfolios. He helped organizations strengthen DevSecOps initiatives, adversary simulation programs, and incident response capabilities to enhance operational security and mitigate cyber threats.

Before Accenture, Scott served as a Senior Technical Executive at the CIA, where he led global cyber operations and managed over 450 cybersecurity and intelligence professionals. His tenure included deploying classified cyber technologies, collaborating with the intelligence community, and overseeing multi-million-dollar cybersecurity initiatives critical to national security. A combat veteran of Desert Shield/Desert Storm, Scott conducted long-range surveillance missions behind enemy lines as part of a LRSD Team with the 82nd Airborne, providing intelligence support for military operations. He is also a U.S. patent holder (US 10,785,104 –Mechanism for Automatic Reconfiguration of Stateful Devices), and holds a B.S. in Computer Science from George Mason University and an M.S. in Cybersecurity & Information Management from George Washington University.
