Sohale Razmjou

As Vice President of Blackwood Federal, Sohale Razmjou serves as the General Manager of the company’s largest sales division, running it as a business-within-a-business. In this role, he sets the strategic vision, directs execution, and ensures the Federal team operates with discipline, accountability, and the operational rigor required to achieve Blackwood’s ambitious growth goals.

Sohale joined Blackwood in 2017 with over fifteen years of experience supporting both emerging technology startups and established cybersecurity vendors. He oversees Federal sales execution, capacity planning, and divisional performance, while aligning the Federal go-to-market strategy with corporate priorities, including GWAC acquisition and capture initiatives. He also serves as executive sponsor for key Federal accounts, systems integrators, distributors, and OEM partners, bolstering Blackwood’s reputation across the industry.

Under Sohale’s leadership, the Federal team focuses on deepening account penetration, standardizing the Continuous Partnering engagement model, and cultivating a culture of accountability. He prioritizes recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent, ensuring the division operates with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity while maintaining a collaborative and engaging culture. Sohale earned a Master’s in Technology Management with Academic Achievement Honors from Georgetown University, along with bachelor’s degrees in Information Technology and Management Information Systems from George Mason University. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, two sons, and Schnauzer (Taco), as well as photography, kabob, and ice cream.
