Victor Garcia

Victor Garcia is the Chief Innovation Officer and one of the founding partners of Coforma, a digital services firm that develops creative technology solutions to improve lives. He’s a mission-driven technologist who served at the U.S. Digital Service at The White House, reforming technology across various federal agencies to deliver better public services to the American people.

After its founding in 2017, Victor left Coforma in 2020 to work for a startup using machine learning and artificial intelligence to bolster our nation’s defense and security efforts. Before rejoining Coforma, Victor served as VP of Engineering at a mission-driven SaaS company focused on helping individuals access public benefits more efficiently and equitably.

He also held technology leadership roles as an Agency Review team member on the Biden-Harris Presidential Transition, as well as at Rebellion Defense and The Walt Disney Company (National Geographic). Across each of these experiences, he’s focused on building resilient teams, driving technical strategy, and shipping impactful products.

Victor also invests significant volunteer time into companies and nonprofit organizations advancing technology and academic success for children. He has volunteered with Teens Exploring Technology and served on the boards the MATHCOUNTS Foundation and Boundless Brilliance.

Victor holds a degree in Computer Systems Engineering from Boston University. He lives in the Los Angeles area with his wife and child.
